Closing the gender gap

Women only make up 29% of the STEM workforce. Further research shows that many women do not receive enough support professionally and personally to continue their career.

Zarisana was founded by a student who saw this pattern and decided to act upon it. This platform will enable women and girls to pursue, develop, and thrive in STEM while maintaining a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle.
